Dr. Shilpa Jain is an Associate Professor at the University School of Management Studies and the Faculty Coordinator for the TiE — Technology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Club. She also contributes to International Affairs, Alumni Relations and the Executive MBA Programme at USMS, GGSIPU.
Practical coding sprints, hackathons, and AI tool building — from the Vibe Coding Hackathon to custom interactive challenges like brAIn brawl and Treasure Hunt web locks.
Strategy competitions, bidding simulations, and research initiatives that test real-time decision making, market intuition, and problem solving under pressure.
Founder talks, corporate exposure visits to ITC Maurya, and pitching platforms — from TiE Talks with Hexaview founders to university-wide Shark Tank sessions.

The Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor of GGSIPU personally lauded TiE Club, commending its high-impact initiatives and encouraging all students to join. He praised the flagship 'TiE Talks' format so highly that he advised the club to secure formal copyright protection.
The first club in USMS history to organize an outdoor inter-course Box Cricket Tournament. TiE Club booked a premier outdoor sports turf facility and hosted an all-inclusive tournament with 8 competitive teams spanning all management courses.
Pioneered the first executive podcast series across the USMS university ecosystem, bringing celebrated tech founders (including the leadership of Hexaview Technologies) for in-depth conversations on bootstrapping, venture funding, and AI scale.
Established deep relationships with elite sponsors. Tech giant Dell Technologies, highly impressed by TiE Club's professional execution and student talent, conducted direct internship recruitment opportunities for participants.
